He had Chosen TAIPEI as the Final Stop over when He Learned the Philippines Had severed Diplomatic ties with TAIWAN this Made Him feel more Secure; The Taiwan Authorities could pretend they were not aware of His presence. There Would also a Couple of taiwanese Friends Accompanying Him.
